Exclude Not Applied Plans from Cost Analysis Report
Add option to exclude Products and Prices from Not Applied Plans from the Cost Analysis Report.
Don't include Products and prices in Cost Analysis report that have been marked as 'Not Applied' in Plans

Undo retrospective pricing errors
When updating prices retrospectively if you accidentally click on the wrong product and delete the price you should be able to click undo/back so that the previous price is not lost.
3 votesDue to the complexity of adding an undo button for this and any of our other areas, we have decided to decline this suggestion.
If a price is accidentally changed, Retrospective Pricing will not update any details unless Update Prices is pressed.

Ability to toggle costings in Spray plan reports
A report option to toggle the pricing that is entered when creating a spray plan in the spray plan report generator.

retrospective pricing re-order by date
On the retrospective pricing tab, allow the products to be ordered by most recently used first.
So if updating prices once a month you can just start at the top and work down.
When there is a price list linked to the account, it doesn't just show as an unpriced order (Or allow the system to recognise if the price hasn't been changed from the price list)2 votesThank you for your idea. Gross Margin Report for Field
I would like a way to pull the Gross Margin Report for a field for everything entered against it in a particular date range, without worrying about the crop that its attached to.
So it would display all Income and Costs over a date period regardless of the crop.

Costs for Operations to be site/client specific, not linked to the user
Our clients are all charged different rates for their spray applications so it is rather annoying and doesn’t make sense that it defaults to the last rate used by the user. Costs for all operations should be site/client specific and not linked to the user. This makes it almost unworkable when clients have different rates.

Cost Analysis by Crop/Variety
Cost analasys by crop and variety. So rather than having pages and pages for each field you can just print out growing valuation for the variety or crop type per site.

Input cost per hour, such as hedgecuting and digger work.
I would like you to look at the idea of allowing us to input hedgecutting or digger work into a field costing but on a per hour basis not per hectar?
