Stock units in Litres and Kilograms
All stock should be in litres and kilograms. I don't believe anyone orders product in grams or mls. I would like to be able to set the units of products in stock.

Show active ingredient on products stock list
For stock products make the active ingredient visible and have a notes box where can add individual comments to help.

User Permissions
Can the store/stock option only be visible to Admin users and not standard users please. In fact can you select what information a particular user can see/edit.

Allow no quantity to be saved in an order
NEED THE ABILITY TO SEND IN ORDERS WITH ZERO ON THEM

Option to switch order fulfillment between best fit and smallest pack size
Most customers don’t have the handling facilities for the very large pack sizes so would like Greenlight to default to the smaller size when calculating the order.
Ideally the best fit calculation would be an option at site or user level. That would leave the decision with the Agronomist on how to fulfill orders by default e.g. select between Best Fit and Smallest Pack Size.

show farm stock on product tools tab
Show the farm stocks on the product tools tab, so you can cross check against stock when making a plan or creating an order.

Product Use Report - on what paddocks and rates
I want to be able to specify a product and know when and where it was applied. Neither the Product Use or Activity Report currently do this. Pick a product and discover which paddocks it has been applied to without having to go through a full report on each paddock.

Allow orders without a price list to manually input pack prices and sizes
If we don't have a product or price list, can we not enter the pack size and number of packs required manually?

Change the ordering button form "Save Order" to "Place Order"
"Save Order" is too similar to "Save Draft" in the Plans tab. This does not publish the plan so why should "Save Order" publish an order? It would be wise to have a conformation screen that would help avoid mistakes.

Balance stock to fields
Stock adjustments associated with fields the products were used on
This is related to Ticket No 96867:-
The stock query, relates to what’s left in store at the end of a season say.
For instance,
I bought 100lts , so in stock 100lts. I spray 5 fields that by area calc uses 98lt, leaving 2 in stock. But actually I used the whole 100 on the fields. So when I come to stock take, actual is 0 in stock, store shows 2lt if I adjust that 2 lt does it get applied to the fields that have used that product?

Have distributor stock visible for selected depot when creating order
when creating, (under a distributor subscription) have the stock level at the selected depot visible on the order screen, to help identify is ordering the correct pack size or brand of product stocked.

Ability to update Order Status
Is there any way an order could auto delete or change colour in the order window to show the order has been emailed

Back-date orders by allowing a date in the past
I need to be able to back-date orders/reception of products - we often phone across orders or pick them up directly on the way to the field, so it is not entered onto the system until a later date, but we need to be able to reflect what date we actual received the product
