    More operations need to be added in the field work activatys, example muck spreading, or allow option to type in the operation manually

    Following a review of this area, we want to maintain a standardised list of operations.
    This will ensure that reporting across multiple users can be achieved.
    If variations across sites are needed, adding these through the notes section may be a solution.
    If new operations are required we are more than happy to consider these and add them on your behalf.

  2. Baling straw income: per bale, not per tonne

    It would be great to have an option when adding baling income to a field or crop, to be able to enter in results in per bale. I.E number of bales per hectare and value/bale

  4. Fuel use and price recording

    it would be beneficial to record fuel usage and cost in plans or activities allowing CO2 emission recording and accurate field costings to be made

  5. Create a risk assessment for individual fields

    I would like to suggest that growers are able to create a risk assessment for individual fields as it is a requirement for being audited for red tractor when a field is growing potatoes, carrots etc
    It is required to have a risk assessment pre planting/ drilling and then signed off just before harvest
    I am sure many potato and vegetable growers would find it extremely useful

  6. List addition/Changes in an application at the top of the tile when applied

    When there is a difference between a plan and an application the alterations are shown at the bottom or the list in the tile. If there is more than 4 products on the plan this can mean that the product that was applied in its stead can appear off the tile so it s not easily noticeable that there is a difference. If the additions/alterations where listed at the top it would make it clearedr that there was something different.

  7. Auto identification of field and information based on device GPS

    Auto ident field when you drive in
    1/ name of field
    2/crop
    3/an plans outstanding you then click on the plan it allows you to enter weather data and automatically logs date and time (default on weather data to previous same day job.
    4/highlights any notes/ restrictions i.e. HLS\ELS ,watercourses , borehole you have entered
    5/finish button to enter date and time

  8. Audit Trail

    Add an audit trail so you can see recent activity you have added to the site. i.e. if updating historical activities you can see which date you have added up to.

  9. "In Progress" filter for plans

    It would be useful if you could filter for just plans that are "in progress" as you can currently do for published and applied. This would allow a view of all the plans that have been started but that are not yet complete.

  10. Scanned document filing

    When entering seeding data or spray info it would be great to have an image field that could have uploaded PDF scans of worksheets or seed/product labels to meet recording and quality assurance proceedures

  11. Show field name in 'History'

    In the App, when looking in Crop > History you need to be able to see the field name whilst looking at the list of activities.

  12. Adding images when logging drainage activity

    Attach images and also drop a pin when logging an activity such as drainage. This would enable us to have a digital record of exactly where drainage had been undertaken and images of the specific work. As far as I can work out, the only way to upload images to this database is by logging crop inspections, which is not ideal.

  13. Add 'group by' to activity report

    Can you add a 'group by' option on the activity report so that the activity report can be grouped by order of crop. The 'group by' term exists in the cropping report, so it would be a case of replicating this in the activity report.

    I know that you can type 'Wheat' and then select all, but this will show all activities for Wheat only. A farmer and agronomist have requested the ability to view all activities on farm over a given period, which is grouped in order of cropping.

  14. Activity Report - Harvest Date to show first to last Harvest Activity

    We need the heading for Harvest Date at the top of the report to show the range of Harvesting Activity Dates from first date to the last rather than showing the date of the last Harvest Activity Date (harvest complete)

  17. Ability to choose the units for pricing

    ability to choose the units for application pricing - for example, cost/tonne for harvesting or cost/hour for muckspreading ect as the only option I can see at present is per ha.

  18. Add planting date to activity report

    Add planting date to activity report. Some applications are driven by degree days based on date of planting. Would be good to see drilling date when crop walking with a paper copy.

  19. Add machine filter to activity reports

    when using activity reports it would be very useful to have machine options in filters...
    would then be able to produce slurry spread records.

  20. Show total area in activities report

    When looking at an operators spraying for a season in activities would it be possible to show total area for the season?
