Show GPS coordinates in the mapping of the fields.
I want to see the GPS coordinates for the mapping of the fields. This for navigation of the contractors to the fields and certification purposes.

Automatically update crop areas if field areas changed
When Field areas are changed mid season
(after crop details have been entered) there should be an option to automatically update the crop areas at the same time, rather than having to do so manually. Without this option, there is double the amount of work to both change field and crop areas.3 votesThank you for your idea. Changing 'To Date' in Multi Edit Crops
When editing multiple crops it would be good if you can just adjust the end date and not have to change the start date too.

For stock products make the active ingredient visible and have a notes box where can add individual comments to help.

Can the comments section be coloured a brighter colour other than black?

User Permissions
Can the store/stock option only be visible to Admin users and not standard users please. In fact can you select what information a particular user can see/edit.

On the new contacts page add the ability to add email addresses to more than one site
The new contacts page only allows an email address to be added to one site at a time, it would be useful to be able to add distribution email addresses across all sites, I also add my email address to all reports so i have a record of sending them out

Audit how many times a particular Active Ingredient has been applied.
Could we please have a facility to check on the number of times a particular AI has been applied? In the fruit industry most, if not all products are restricted by the number of times they can be applied and often there is more than one product which consists of the same active. Currently you can check on the amount of product that has been applied and the area to which it has been applied (which is useful if you are a grower), but as an agronomist, the number of times a particular active ingredient has been applied is crucial.

Adding images when logging drainage activity
Attach images and also drop a pin when logging an activity such as drainage. This would enable us to have a digital record of exactly where drainage had been undertaken and images of the specific work. As far as I can work out, the only way to upload images to this database is by logging crop inspections, which is not ideal.

Add 'group by' to activity report
Can you add a 'group by' option on the activity report so that the activity report can be grouped by order of crop. The 'group by' term exists in the cropping report, so it would be a case of replicating this in the activity report.
I know that you can type 'Wheat' and then select all, but this will show all activities for Wheat only. A farmer and agronomist have requested the ability to view all activities on farm over a given period, which is grouped in order of cropping.

Activity Report - Harvest Date to show first to last Harvest Activity
We need the heading for Harvest Date at the top of the report to show the range of Harvesting Activity Dates from first date to the last rather than showing the date of the last Harvest Activity Date (harvest complete)

Undo retrospective pricing errors
When updating prices retrospectively if you accidentally click on the wrong product and delete the price you should be able to click undo/back so that the previous price is not lost.
3 votesDue to the complexity of adding an undo button for this and any of our other areas, we have decided to decline this suggestion.
If a price is accidentally changed, Retrospective Pricing will not update any details unless Update Prices is pressed.

Show field and crop notes on all plans
Used to be able to put a note on a field that came up on every plan automatically - spoke to Netta this morning. I have a field next to greenhouses with expensive plants so I need contractor to have a reminder to ring them to shut all the vents but can't do this on GLGM
