Keep filters in place after drilling down into detail pages
When a filter has been applied on a list page (e.g. files) and then the user goes into view details relating to a single record (e.g. file). When they go back to the list page, the filters that were applied are lost.

It would be really helpful if the address could be selected from a postcode
At the min to save each organisation I need to include the County/Region for each supplier. This is a bit of a pain as it’s not always known, so I am having to search the address for a lot of suppliers

PPU Excel form
Excel version of a PPU form which could be completed by a grower and uploaded to Pesticides section. Database will automatically read it and create a PPU in Supplier Approval database

Allow PPUs to be grouped after submitting
Allow PPUs to be grouped after they have been submitted using the 'edit function'.
It saves archiving many PPUs mistakenly entered without clicking the 'group' tick box.1 vote -

More filters in Pesticides\PPU tab
A filter in the Pesticides\PPU tab to search by retailer.
I can filter by retailer in the reports section, and this allows me to see which growers have uploaded PPU files (and their expiry status), I cant filter the same way in the pesticides tab, and I feel this would be of great use.

Chain map
Could you introduce back the report that shows the links in the supply chain, from grower to packer to supplier to us to customer please? I like the new maps but still need the tree diagram.

Unable to archive multiple files over more than 1 page
Cannot multiple archive if selecting files over more than 1 page - the minute you press next page it loses your ticks

No option to edit a Global Gap Integrated file

Would like archived organisations / files to come back to life automatically if a new chain is created with them in.
When creating a new chain, would like it to automatically revive the archived organisations and files rather than us having to go an check "is it a new supplier" Is it an "archived supplier that needs reviving". We have that many suppliers it is impossible to remember the status of everyone.
