Allow editing of plan even if not the creator
I would like to be able to update the prices for fertilisers/sprays in plans even though I am not the creator. I don't expect my agronomist who publishes the plan to know the prices I pay for these

It would be helpful if plans submitted by an agronomist could be amended by selected end users. For example a manager looking to tweak a rate to make it fit pack sizes, or to at short notice reduce the planned area etc...
Thus enabling this instruction to the operator via the plan rather than verbally at the time of application.
We use band application to predict the recycling rate of a fruit sprayer and I need to set that band rate week by week in order to put together chemical orders, it would be much more convenient to be able to alter this myself rather than have to ask the agronomist to do it.
The creator of the plan could then set the users who are allowed to make changes and select what parameters they could change. Hopefully the software would be clever enough to block a user trying to apply above label rates of any particular product.

A grower should be able to change the type of sprayer in the published rec from a agronomist. Sometimes the agronomist selects the wrong sprayer for the job or the grower wants to use a different sprayer to the one selected.

We need to be able to alter spray plans sent in by the agronomist. Very often I need to adjust these, either to tweak the rates slightly so as to make the quantities an even amount, or sometimes I delete products that I do not want to apply. Currently I would have to get the agronomist to alter this for me, which is a waste of her and my time, or to apply an adjustment after the application - which defeats the purpose of having a plan in the first place.

I agree, farm owners and managers should be able to edit/approve plans before they are visible to operators.

Having just subscribed and wanted to get a good system started with my agronomist. He has drafted a few plans which then he asked me to check the field details etc like areas and any product choice and vice versa where I have been drafting plans as I go and then want him to check them and he then can publish all once correct. Was a bit miffed that neither of us could view a drafted plan for a setup company? It would create a double check before sending to sprayer operator as a published document. I would only want a farmer checklist and ability to alter area if part field or notify him of product alternations for stock or anything he might have missed or added incorrectly. Then once both are happy we can publish. not even being able to see them is a pain as once published you can't edit them and once published they can be seen by sprayer contractor and operators. all a bit frustrating when most farms will have an agronomist which they are doing all the planning with and would save email and papers being interpreted incorrectly.

We must do things different in the southern hemisphere. Our Agronomist recommends plans to us but the final say on what we apply is ours, plus we source our products from several suppliers. If our agronomist creates a plan we MUST BE able to edit if prior to it being applied. At this stage we are double entering everything which makes the whole thing not user friendly

Allow the grower to input the chemical prices
at the moment only the agronomist can do this which is no good if the agronomist is independent. -

I would like the ability to set permissions that allow for managers to edit plans created by others. This may be due to a staff member being off sick or a change in circumstance when the original author is not available to make changes, the changes could be tracked to the users so that an audit trial can be established.
