Fertiliser templates
It would be useful for people working multiple sites but the same plans to have fertiliser templates, otherwise they have to duplicate everything, also from year to year it would be handy where fertiliser plans are similar.

Ability to show Previous Recs for a field when creating a new plan
When creating a new spray recommendation i want to be see what previous recommendations/applications where made on the field, so i can take these previous recommendations into account when building a new spray plan.

Nutrient requirement of grassland should be visible in plans & programmes, in the same way as cereals, to allow a fert programme to be produced.

Show % Dose Rate in Spray and Activity screens
I want to be able to set/view the dose rate percentage for a liquid product in spray recommendations and have the option of displaying this % on the recommendation sheet.
Using the water volume this could auto calculate the rate of the product, and vice versa if i choose a specific rate the dose rate percentage can be calculated.

Audit Maximum Concentration for Spray Plans
I want Greenlight Grower Management to audit my agrochemical/spray plans and warn me if the concentration of product in water is higher than the maximum concentration for any product in my plan, so that my recommendations to the grower are compliant within the legal constraints.

Change the default order that plans display in
In plans section, be able to order by other criteria by default. Such as plan date, number or priority.

Stock control for Seeds
I want a facility in Greenlight Grower Management that allows me to keep track of all the Seed I have in stock, so I can check online if I have the Seed in stock to carry out an application, and produce stock control records to pass a farm audit.
In addition I would like my stocks to be automatically updated when i use seed in activities, so I don't have to manually update them.

Seed Plans on the iPhone & iPad
I want the ability to create & plan seed applications on the ipad/iphone app, so that I can create plans and provide agronomy advice out in the field, rather than wait till I am back at my computer.

Organic manures are not currently available in the programme feature, only in the plan section.

Price List functionality for Fertiliser and Manure products
Having the same ability to price fertilisers and organic manures as we do with chemicals in the pricing list.

Water volume calculation
When you click “Apply Plan” and select the fields you want to apply the system displays the required amount of chemical. This is great for knowing now much product you need for the tank mix. It would be an idea to also display the total water required. You can input the water volume you’re using, but if it could then calculate the total water required from the selected field sizes that would then tell you the final amount needed in the sprayer.

Spray Plan Report for multiple sites
Would be a great help if I can generate a Spray plan report for several different sites (which are part of the same farm) within the same report. Saves on a lot of attachments when i email customer and avoids plans getting missed.

Logging a Plan Across Multiple Sites - Remembering/retaining products and other info between plans
For Example: If i have spring wheat fields on 4 different farms and i want to create spray plan. I don’t want to have to go into 4 different farms to record each plan one at a time. I want to bring up all my spring wheat fields in one plan and create it once.

Improve page breaks in all reports
In Plan Report, provide option when printing in landscape to fit all of plan on one page

See Nutrients already applied throughout crops and plans
when making fertiliser recs or viewing the crops screen, it would good to be able to see previously applied nutrients to give a total applied to date.

Multiple jobs within a plan
I'd like to be able to add jobs within a plan like on Gatekeeper. i.e. Some fields have product X with others having x and y applied. That way you can split a plan down and only audit one plan and create one order from such plan

Page No's on plans
Can you add page No's to the spray plans so that when we send them we know which plan we are talking about with our growers and also when the office prints them off they know they have the full set if multiple pages??
15 votesWe anticipated this being a small piece of work, but unfortunately it turned out to be far more complicated.
We have currently paused the work and are suggesting the following workaround to those users who need Page Numbers on their Reports:-
1. Click Print in the Report
2. Select the Destination of PDF and download it – ensure the option for Headers & Footers is selected.
3. Send the PDF as at attachment (this will include the Page Numbers).Or see the following guide -
