Notifications for activities such as new plan or inspection
I want my customers to be notified whenever I publish a new spray recommendation in Greenlight Grower Management, so they are instantly notified and automatically provided with a PDF of the recommendation or link to access it online.

Be able to notify the grower when you publish a recommendation

Be able to produce field inspection reports with photios that can be emailed to the farm from a phone whilst in field.
Ideally a report would be printable as an A4 PDF with field reference, field outline, photos and a brief report with dates and person reporting. It would need to open as a PDF for the farmer to view on Whatsapp and via email

Can I have a notification (email) when a plan or item has been changed on my portal. It means I do not have to check the portal everyday. As I need to print the plan out for a contractor. The agronomist will still call to run through the plan before or after being set up. It will just make life easier.

An option to add a note to a field (eg wild oats) so it can be highlighted every time you either go to the growers site page or when the field is selected in plans.

After a plan has been made the ability for the agronomist to set a reminder period say 1 2 3 or 4 weeks after that plan is applied by the farmer within greenlight. When the date arrives a message pops up saying this plan was applied 3 weeks ago.
Most fungicides have about 4 week duration in a programme. When i do a plan then send the chemical then a week of wind or rain so the delay In application. So if that is the T0 that effects the timing on the whole programme. So if green light flags up when the application was done say three weeks ago i can look at the crop get the T1 on farm in good time etc etc. Not only that but it would help me not miss anything in a busy time of year, also if control is not as good as expected there is a record which helps.

I think it would be a good tool if when an inspection is made for a notification to be sent to the grower/crop owner, probably when all inspections have been synchronized rather than a notification for each inspection otherwise the notifications would be to frequent and become a burden.
Ideally through WhatsApp either with the inspection attached or a link to it instead of growers having to login to view them?
I think it would encourage growers to get the best out of the package -

Flag/Note reminder system.
Similar to when you set a reminder to yourself in Outlook, Allow yourself to flag a crop that you need to check. Also the ability to flag a crop but also select a name of a user on your account that will see this next time they login. -

When a user creates an 'inspection' it would be very useful if there was an automatic notification to let other linked users know that a 'new inspection' is available.
For example, farmer/spray operator notices a problem/point of interest in a field. They create a inspection in app or GreenLight with relevant details with the intention of bringing this to the attention of the agronomist.
As an agronomist currently there is no way of knowing an inspection exits without either stumbling across them or receiving a call/text/email from customer saying they have made an 'inspection'. This seems long-winded/convoluted. I don't have time to scroll through all my accounts/growers checking to see if any inspections have been made.

Would also be good to get notifications of inspections so that everyone linked to a site gets to know if issues have been highlighted in a field/crop.

Would be good to be notified when any new activities occur in GLGM, without having to hunt through the app when something new is added.
